Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic orders ship within 3-5 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. During promotional periods, this may take up to 5-7 business days. International orders ship within 5-8 business days.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact orders@bristol-studio.com.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Bristol Studio offers free USPS Priority Shipping on all orders over $150 within the domestic United States. If you plan on using a discount code with your order, please note that the total must still be over $150 after any discount code is used to qualify for free shipping. 

P.O. BOX ADDRESSES

We are unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS

We offer international shipping: Rest of World.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept items in the new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. You have 10 calendar days from the date you receive your shipment to return your items. If your item is damaged, we require photos and a description of the damages sent to orders@bristol-studio.com or we reserve the right to not refund your order.

Once we receive your order it will go through our inspection protocol. Once it clears inspection please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be issued. 

Please email orders@bristol-studio.com with your order # as the subject line of the email to initiate your return request. Once your request has been approved, you will be responsible for sending your return back.

Return requests will be reviewed within 24 hours.

REFUNDS

After your return has been processed, you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned, minus the cost of shipping. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.

For any returned or exchanged items, we do not refund the original cost of shipping.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to make an exchange, you must do so within 10 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the item you would like to exchange, we will then ship out the new item. We do not cover the shipping costs to return the item to us.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card valued at the refunded amount minus the cost of shipping. You can apply your gift card to orders placed on bristol-studio.com until the remaining balance is zero.

ITEMS ON SALE, SEASONAL SALES, THE BRISTOL VAULT, AND BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY

Items purchased that are marked on sale, or are available during sales periods are not eligible for refunds, returns, or store credit.

FINAL SALE

Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
