Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders ship within 2-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. During promotional periods, this may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact orders@bristol-studio.com.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Bristol Studio offers free UPS Ground Shipping on orders over $200 USD within the domestic United States. If your purchase is below $200 USD, your shipping will be calculated at checkout.

We offer expedited shipping at an additional cost estimated at checkout. Customers who choose to purchase an expedited shipping options before 1:00 PM PST on a business day will have their order shipped that same day. Expedited orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be shipping the following business day.

P.O. BOX ADDRESSES

We are unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS

We currently do not ship internationally.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept items in the new condition with original tags attached for a full refund, exchange or store credit. You have 15 days from the date you receive your shipment to return your items. If your item is damaged, we required photos and a description of the damages sent to orders@bristol-studio.com

Please email orders@bristol-studio.com with your order # as the subject line of the email to initiate your return request. Once your request has been approved, you will be responsible for sending your return back.

Return requests will be reviewed within 24 hours.

REFUNDS

After your return has been processed, you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned, minus the cost of shipping. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.

For any returned or exchanged items, we do not refund the original cost of shipping.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are processed within 15 days of receipt of goods. Customer will cover the difference the cost of goods in the event that new order exceeds total amount of previous order. Shipping costs will likewise be covered by customer.

You can exchange your items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card valued at the refunded amount minus the cost of shipping. You can apply your gift card to orders placed on bristol-studio.com until the remaining balance is zero.

SEASONAL SALE

Items purchased during seasonal sale periods are eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be issued via a gift card.

FINAL SALE

Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
